MOVIE REVIEW: MISTER SCROOGE TO SEE YOU

TIS' THE SEASON TO WATCH CRAP!
MOVIE REVIEW: MISTER SCROOGE TO SEE YOU (My Amazon Review)
BLOODY AWFUL!!!!
Take note: this will probably be one of the only REAL, reviews you will read on here...Before you spend a minute watching this or worse yet, spend a dime on it, please read on...
I love "A Christmas Carol" and "Scrooge", so naturally I was immediately drawn to the possibility of a sequel to Charles Dickens "A Christmas Carol". After seeing all of these positive reviews, I decided to pay for this train wreck -disaster of a film. Where do I start? First of all, I would venture to guess that about 95% of the "positive" reviews on here are either fake or from friends and family of the people involved in this nightmare of a movie. The acting is so beyond bad, that you will find yourself laughing as you pay homage to the porcelain God..several times. I have seen better actors in infomercials and bad local car and insurance commercials. There is a ton of ridiculous inconsistencies. For instance, in 1800's London ,, there was no electric fireplaces. Would it have killed them to use a real fireplace or just not even show the fireplace in the scene at all? Also, how in 2013 did no one ever hear of Charles Dickens "A Christmas Carol"?. The worst part of all, is that it is HEAVILY doused in religious over AND undertones. Very preachy and obviously made by a Christian movie company. If I had known that, I would have NEVER spent a dime on this joke of a movie. I think that the original idea of a sequel, though strange in itself, was clever but poorly executed. I could see with some real writing, production and acting, that someone could do some justice to the sequel idea. Perhaps even a Lifetime or Hallmark TV movie. The only person that could act and was entertaining and almost believable, was the actor who played Ebeneezer Scrooge (David Ruprecht). The award for the worst actress on film, goes to Arlensiu Novelli who played Petra. I'm not sure which is worse, her awful accent or her atrocious acting? The "villain", Timothy Cratchit VI (Matt Koester's) forgettable performance falls somewhere in between raging psychopath and serial rapist. Can you say overacting? However, the award for the most , over the top, overacting goes to dear St. Nick himself Torry Martin. Just unbelievably awful. You have to see it for yourself. I think writer/director Steven F. Zambo, needs to keep his day job. Either that, or he found his true calling of making awful movies. This movie is so bad, that I haven't even seen it on those bad religious, cable TV stations. It is appallingly insulting to the cinematic world. To be fair, writer/director Steven F. Zambo, did have a good idea, but he needs LOTS of help to turn his vision into something remotely watchable. To sum up. This movie is a can of cheese whiz, complete with atrocious acting and writing, as well as heavily riddled with inconsistencies and dreched in religious undetones. I can't believe I wasted good money on this yuletide crap fest!

TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CREEPMAS..A DARK POEM

TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CREEPMAS..A DARK POEM
TOLD BY CRYPT KEEPER NIVEK

LISTEN AND READ ALONG..IF YOU DARE!!!!

Gather round the incinerator my dark kiddies, because I have a Creepmas tale for you that is guaranteed to wake the dead.
It's called..Twas The Night Before Creepmas

Twas the night before Creepmas
and all through the tomb

not a creature was stirring
to seal your doom

The corpses were hung
by the chimney with care
in hopes that the Krampus
soon would be there

The ghouls were all nestled
all snug in their caskets
as they dreamt of severed heads
in bright colored baskets

the cobwebs and dust covered the room
and added a sparkle to impending doom

When out in the graveyard
arose such a clatter
awoken by screams and incessant chatter

I climbed from my coffin
upset and dismayed
and i thought to myself
there's hell to be paid

the moon shone brightly on fresh fallen snow
which was good because
i had just lost a toe

when what to my eyes should suddenly appear
but a big fat old man
and a couple of deer

An obese driver
with no fashion sense
had caught himself on the cemetery fence

he looked at me staring
then started to scream
he pinched himself hard
to wake from his dream

HELP! Shiny, HELP! Snowflake, HELP! sweet Alabaster, HELP! Jingle, HELP! Kringle, this is a disaster

I licked my lips, at my great fortune, oooh
and thought, how tasty, a big fat man stew

He begged and he pleaded
Oh My! oh how merry!
and I thought about stuffing him with onions and berries

he offered me presents and trinkets and jewels
but i had my mind set
on fresh human stew

so the lesson to be learned
my young tender ghouls
stay out of my graveyard and don't be a fool

cause nothing is better than a midnight snack
and if you come here, you ain't coming back!

MOVIE REVIEW: KRAMPUS

MOVIE REVIEW: KRAMPUS

KRAMPUS PUTS THE HORROR IN YOUR HOLIDAY
If you were looking for a sweet, warm and cuddly Holiday movie to gather the kiddies round the tube for, this ain't it!
Though Krampus is by far, anything new, exciting, unique or original, it is one helluva wild sleigh ride, into fun, fantasy and horror.

Krampus "borrows" ideas from MANY different movies. It starts off like "Home Alone" meets "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation" , then starts to look like the Christmas version of "Tremors", soon it morphs into "Gingerdead Man " meets "Demonic Toys", and then goes into a cartoon that would make Tim Burton proud. Before we can catch our breath, it circles back to "Tremors" again, just before it goes to a very dark place, with creepy critters that might remind one of the late, great Jim Henson and " The Dark Crystal".

The ending will leave you cold and guessing what actually did happen?

All in all it's a fun and clever romp, with an all star cast, that'll put a little chill in your Holiday festivities.

WARNING: this movie is loud and intense, not for young and impressionable minds.

After a few year absence, since blogs seem to be pretty dead, I have decided to bring back my blog "Bizarro Vertigo" despite the fact that blogs are pretty much dead.
